A separate, very quiet flat, which stands at ground floor level, that of the owners'house, in the wonderful Tuscan countryside, amidst olive-trees cultivated by observing organic farming techniques. The ideal place for families with children or to enjoy romantic holidays. It is furnished in the Tuscan rustic style and consists of a living-room with a double bed-sofa, satellite TV, CD/DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and a bathroom with a shower. A comfortable veranda leads to the entrance, and in the spacious garden our guests may dispose of a gazebo fitted with a table and chairs, sunbeds to relax while taking a sun-bath.

In this private garden, you may enjoy the wonderful view over the valley of the Cecina river as far as the sea of the Tuscan archipelago and the Etruscan Coast.

On clear days, Elbe and Corsica islands may be seen. Private parking and a children's playground fitted with pencils and felt-tip pens.
